Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Design Communication Visual/Arts/Marketing & Communications/Advertising or equivalent from a reputable university
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in graphic design in media/fashion/lifestyle, or retail industry. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent knowledge & references of creative event, content and visual merchandising concept
- Knowledgeable in printing and production process and/or materials
- Good knowledge in photography & video editing is an advantage
- Proficiency in using graphic design & multimedia software: Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator, and other Adobe families, or any other updated design software, and Ms. Office
- Basic skills in SketchUp and 3D design are considered a plus
Technology savvy - Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written & spoken
Job Description :
- Create visually stunning and effective designs for various platforms, including digital and print media
- Develop graphics for marketing collateral, social media, websites, and other promotional materials
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identify guidelines
- Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in all design elements related to the brand
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with broader business goals
- Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team, contributing to the overall creative direction
