Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma Degree (From Communication, Marketing, or any other relted business-relted preference)
- Able to use Bahasa Indonesia Speking & Written
- Able to seak English (Plus point)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome, especially hose with internship experience
- Have good knowledge of customer needs and aftersales business process
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- A responsive and problem solving person
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for replying chats actively and provide info regarding our products and services
- Responsible for being a customer service for online stores by using good language
- Resond to all customers’ request in an accurate and timely manner
- Handle cutomer inquiries and issues in a professional matter to customers
- Generate service report containing user feedback, complaints and suggestions
