Requirements :
- A minimum of a vocational high school diploma (SMK) or a bachelor’s degree in Administration, IT, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in data entry, administration, or database management is a plus but not required
- Fluency in Indonesian is required.
- English proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as required.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting relevant data for analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to support data-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
- Perform other related duties as required.
