Responsibilities include but not limited :
- Participate in operational performance tracking and reporting under supervision of senior engineers.
- Gather, organize, and document drilling and well data.
- Support updates to technical documentation and reports.
- Attend technical meetings, risk reviews, and HSSE sessions.
- Gain exposure to deepwater drilling engineering workflows and operational standards.
Qualifications :
- Hold a Bachelors (S1) degree in Petroleum Engineering, or related majors.
- Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience.
- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of drilling engineering concepts and calculations.
- Familiarity with drilling or petroleum software (e.g., Landmark, Compass) is a plus.
- Able to work effectively in a team and multicultural environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, discipline, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- Previous academic or internship exposure to drilling, well design, or petroleum production courses is an advantage
