- Grand Indonesia Management Trainee Program is intended for those highly motivated individuals who want to pursue a career in the retail and property industry and prepare themselves to understand the whole business process for their future leadership roles within our company

Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree majoring in Electrical/Electro/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA is 3.0 out 4.0
- Pursuing a degree qualification with solid academic background
- Willing to undergo 2 years of service bond throghout the program period
- Highly motivated and entusiastic in the retail and property industry with an open mind to learn all functions
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced & collaborative environment
- Active in school or community organizations, and have leadership experience is a plus point
- Fluent in English both in spoken and written at the business level is strongly required
