Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage event concepts including product launches, sponsorships, brand activations, exhibitions, and collaborations
- Create detailed event plans covering timelines, budgets, and production requirements
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (marketing, creative, sales) as well as external partners such as vendors, media, sponsors, and KOLs
- Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution in line with brand identity and messaging
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports and analysis
- Ensure that every event execution aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, communities, and third parties to explore future collaboration opportunities
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or brand activation, preferably within the sports, fashion, or lifestyle industries
- Strong skills in project management, communication, and negotiation
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
- Creative and brand-oriented, with a solid understanding of audience engagement
- Willing to travel and work outside regular hours when required
- Existing network of vendors, event organizers, and media is an advantage

Preferred Skills :
- Proficiency in event administration tools such as Google Sheets, Trello, or Notion
- Understanding of KOL management and digital campaign execution
- Ability to create compelling event proposals and presentations
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
