Job description :
This position is for Batam Placement.
- Assist in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
- Assist in audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to industry and government requirements.
- Rotate across different finance functions to gain comprehensive industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts on operations and projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Learn and utilize SAP System and financial management software for data analysis and reporting.
- prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand the financial impact of business activities.
Job requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economic with Min GPA 3.0
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Interest in the shipyard, maritime, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

- Upon successful completion, candidates may be placed in a role such as Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant, Treasury Executive., Finance Executive, Ect.
