Job Description :
- Providing administrative support to the HR, General Affairs, and Facility Management departments
 - Assisting with the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities
 - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
 - Responsible for waste disposal management
 - Support Foreign employment documents
 - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
 - Able to coordinate with people who live around the factory/neighbourhood
 - Nurture a positive working environment
 - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
 - Ensure disciplinary & compliance throughout human resource management
 - Coordinating with vendors and service providers for the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities
 - Arranging and managing company events, meetings, and conferences
 - Handling travel arrangements and logistics for employees
 - Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to general affairs activities
 - Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on general affairs matters
 - Contributing to the continuous improvement of general affairs processes and procedures
 
Job Requirements :
- Must be Associate/Diploma (D3) Degree in any related field
 - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar general affairs or administrative role, max 30 years old.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
 - People oriented and results driven
 - Able to work under tight time schedule
 - Knowledge of HR systems and databases
 - Ability to extracting strategy along with leadership skills
 - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
 - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
 - Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
 - Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues
 - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
 - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
