What You’ll Do :
- Manage company inventory and ensure office facilities and assets (vehicles, equipment, buildings, etc.) are well-maintained and running properly
- Handle administrative tasks: filing documents, preparing operational reports, tracking budgets, and managing service costs, fuel, tolls, parking, etc.
- Build good relationships with vendors and stakeholders (local government, police, notary, community groups, and more) to support licensing and operational needs
- Process and manage legal and licensing documents such as Company Deeds, OSS submissions, Industrial Permits, SLF/HGB renewals, LKPM & Siinas reports, and other compliance requirements
- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents including contracts, MoUs, NDAs, employment agreements, and meeting minutes
- Conduct legal research on regulations and provide compliance guidance to ensure the company stays aligned with current policies
What We Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Corporate Legal, or similar roles
- Familiar with OSS RBA, corporate licensing, LKPM reporting, and compliance processes
- Experienced in corporate documentation, asset tracking, and general admin workflows
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
