Responsibilities :
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA) through various channels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Carry out a good problem solving
- Delivering good answer by considering customer experience to provide professional customer support
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma’s Degree (Fresh Graduated are welcome)
- Proficient understanding of customer support, good problem solving, and customer orientation
- Good time management
- Fluent in English is a must
- Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point
