Job Descriptions :
- Interaction with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Provide information about Aquatic and Non-Aquatic animal to guests
- Anticipate and address guest’s service needs
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent
- One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Experienced as tour guide will be advantage
- Pleasant personality with great hospitality atittude
- Ability to communicate in English
- Maintain high quality of service and timely execution
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
