Job Description :

Prepare, monitor, and review logistics department yearly procurement planning for both goods and services, to ensure that the Logistics Planning are approved by HCML Management, shareholders and SKK Migas and implemented as planned, handle Logistics department tender to support all production fields and next drilling campaign, also monitor contracts implementation and assist stakeholders to administer the contract whenever it is required.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Law, and Economic.
Have minimum 2 years experience in upstream Gas industry
Have minimum 1 year experience in handling procurement process/ contract management in compliance with PTK 007 Book 2
Have an understanding in procurement process (planning, market survey, sourcing strategies, tender process, vendor management, contract drafting).
Familiarity with contract management and HSSE in upstream oil and gas field.
Having knowledge on other related government regulations relating to logistic operation.
Familiarity with contract management and HSSE in upstream oil and gas field
Having PTK 007 / Tender Committee certificate (SKK Migas) is Advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to apply computer skills in contract analysis and evaluation of historical and projected data
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, including effective communication, teamwork, initiative, attention to detail, problem-solving, and data interpretation—able to thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
