Responsibilities:
- Maintain Human Resource executives, agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conference, etc.
- Provide clerical and administrativel support to Human Resource
executives. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, etc) and take minutes if needed.
- Assist our recruiters to communicate candidates with and schedule interviews.
Requirements :
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Secretary with minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Have at least 1 year experience as Administration Staff.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good attention to detail, good communication skills, and be able to multitask.
- Have enthusiasm for learning and proactive attitude.
