Qualifications :
- Managing and fulfilling employee rights in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Implementing employee development programs through internal/external training and assessments as needed and within approved budgets.
- Formulating and socializing company regulations to employees to foster a conducive industrial relationship.
- Managing the operational needs of the office and other employee facilities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Carrying out HR administrative tasks such as creating work documents, handling labor permits, and reporting company obligations to the Disnaker in Bulungan North Kalimantan.
- Calculating employee medical reimbursement according to company regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Law background.
- 4 years of proven experience handling Industrial Relations related tasks within the power plant, smelter, mining, or heavy industry environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations practices, and the dynamics of large-scale project sites.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment, including coordination with Indonesian and expatriate teams.
- Willing to be placed full-time at the jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan (roster or onsite schedule according to company policy).
