Job Description :
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with the company’s workforce needs and strategic goals
- Develop and implement employee development programs
- Foster and maintain a positive industrial relations environment by facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Plan, execute and oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or Psychological, with Minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduate or 2 years working experience, Maximum age 27 years
- Fast learner, strong in drive and result, persistent and able to perform individually or teamwork
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
