Requirements :
- Minimum education Diploma (D3)/ Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 1 year o experience in the Human Resources field (HR Administration/HR Operation experience is highly preferred)
- Strong ability to analyze HR data prepare basic HR reports
- Capable of monitoring and evaluating HR processes effectively
- Proficient in Micrososft Excel (data processing &reporting)
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed in Balaraja
