- Fluent in English, with certification (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) preferred
- Fresh graduates or professionals with maximum 2 years of experience
- Strong leadership potential and ability to work well in teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
- Drive and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
