- Proven experience in NPD project management & planning within FMCG/lifestyle.
- Strong analytical & strategic thinking with problem-solving ability.
- Skilled in translating consumer insights into product & portfolio strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Assess market opportunities, build and update NPD pipeline, categorize projects (CPI/NPI/BPI), and prioritize based on market momentum × feasibility.
- Define build/borrow/buy strategies using TRL & DRL, and propose portfolio direction through structured innovation checkpoints.
- Lead business and product development kickoffs with clear objectives, strategic intent, and portfolio fit.
- Align timelines, unlock critical decisions, and ensure product solutions stay on-strategy with key stakeholders.
- Continuously review business case, drive checkpoint discussions, and ensure readiness for market launch.
