Job Description :
- Develop functional and cost-effective 3D designs for retail projects
- Presenting the design to cross-department user and top management
- Liaise with building management, landlords, and relevant stakeholder regarding design requirements
- Follows the brand’s design guideline and budget
- Site measurement
Job Requirement :
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Interior Architecture or similar with 1-2 years of experience
- Experienced in retail projects, retail food and beverages is preferred
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other relevant softwares
- Exceptional creativity with a strong understanding of design principles, material costs, building regulations, retail construction process and technicalities
- Able to meet with tight deadlines and sudden changes
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Agile, able to work in fast-paced environment
