Qualifications :
- Final year student majoring in Architecture
- Proficient in key architectural software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and rendering tools
- Able to read and interpret architectural, construction methods and building materials
- Strong communication and graphic presentation skills
- Proficient in Bahasa and English (is required) both spoken and written
Job Descriptions :
- Assist with the site visit and documentation, including taking measurements and photographs
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams on fit-out and renovation details
- Support architects and designers in reviewing drawing revisions to ensure design intent is preserved
- Assist in creating, reviewing and revising plans, sections, and 3D models as needed
