Job Description :
- Leading and supporting key projects across various departments to gain firsthand experience and a deep understanding of daily business processes.
- Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing work processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Analyzing operational data to generate insightful reports and presentations that support data-driven decision-making.
- Actively participating in strategic planning sessions and company performance evaluations, providing constructive input to achieve long-term targets.
Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any major.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and high-initiative skills.
- Willingness to be placed in and relocated to various locations across Indonesia
