Job Descriptions :
- Manage and control licenses and permits to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Analyze legal aspects of company agreements and contracts, including monitoring and controlling related licenses and permits
- Support activities related to Human Resources, General Affairs, Industrial Relations, and internal committees
- Handle and execute the implementation of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS)
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a legal role (Fresh graduates with strong potential and a passion for the manufacturing industry are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Skills: Strong understanding of corporate legal processes and regulatory compliance
- Competencies: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Attributes: Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing complex administrative and legal documentation
