Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Business Law, Civil Law, or Criminal Law.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Legal Officer/Legal Staff, preferably in a startup or related industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract drafting and review, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Professional ethics and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- PKPA certification is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Document or draft preparation of legal documents for internal and external use, from prepare, review, to documentation.
- Reviewing legal documents and agreements that come from Clients’ side, making sure it’s aligned with the company’s scope.
- Day-to-day assistance for administrative and secretarial in Legal division and within company and subsidiary company (maintain database & clerical) related to legal documents.
- Legal support: liaise with internal third party/notary/related government agency, process license/permit submission process if needed.
- Conduct legal research, directly or indirectly, and be able to provide legal opinion. Liaise with external parties: regulators/public authority, etc.
- Regularly work within divisions to support legal assistance, and manage daily and weekly reports to Senior Legal.
