- The Logistic Staff will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and supply chain processes within the Supply Chain Management department. This role is critical in managing and resolving order and process issues pertaining to finished goods (FG) in alignment with the SAP WM/IM/MM systems.
Job Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics and supply chain operations (preferably within a warehouse environment)
- Strong problem-solving skills to address order and process-related issues.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of GMP, safety, food safety, halal requirements, and quality standards.
- Excellent administrative skills
- Proficient in inventory management principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee logistics operations related to the FG warehouse team, ensuring optimal order processing.
- Utilize SAP WM/IM/MM systems to manage inventory and order issues efficiently.
- Work collaboratively within the Supply Chain Management team to enhance processes and resolve issues.
- Implement and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, safety, and halal regulations.
- Maintain high quality standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and optimal stock levels.
