As a Management Trainee Business Consultant, you will become the driving force behind our heavy equipment sales and solutions and connect innovation with customer needs across Indonesia.
- This 18-month program blends structured learning, quality mentoring, and experiences in sales and business development. You will not only promote United Tractors’ product but also act as a trusted partner for customers to offer solutions that help solve customers’ challenges. Moreover, you will get fully exposed to the mining, construction, forestry, and agriculture industries.
- What makes the Management Trainee Business Consultant unique is the comprehensive exposure to heavy equipment machinery. You will gain hands-on knowledge of United Tractors’ product, ranging from its technical function to its usage in various industries, which enables you to provide the right solutions for diverse customers’ backgrounds.
As a Management Trainee Business Consultant, you will play a significant role in:
- Perform sales and promote United Tractors products, especially heavy equipment.
- Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and assist in fulfilling their administrative needs.
- Stay updated on market dynamics to identify selling opportunities for the company’s products.
- Conduct sales mapping and market research to find new opportunities.
- Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.
Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Business Development.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fluent in English and able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (highly preferable)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in sales and engineering.
- Must be willing to relocate throughout Indonesia.
