Job Description :

Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial machinery
Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance
Conducting inspections, testing, and analysis to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to production
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
Running Mechanical control system
Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment
Make a plan in the use of machine/ robotic
Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
Implement basic knowledge of K3 & 5S
Able to analyze & troubleshot machine damage and make machine condition reports
Responsible on duty based on working instructions related to mechanical maintenance and repair

Job Requirements :

Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
Male with maximum age 30 years old
Able to work as a team
At least 2 years experience on same/ related field/ Maintenance on Manufacture
Able to speak and write in English
Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
Willing to work in shift and open for an over time/ emergency working schedule
Relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing or production environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues
Proficient in the use of maintenance tools, equipment, and software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks
Looking for a sustainable working place until pension/ retired
