Job Description :
- The Management Trainee will work different departments gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of the manufacturing such as Production, Research & Development and Product Engineering. The Program will be structured to give trainees practical experience, knowledge of best practices and a solid understanding of manufacturing operations
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering (Minimum GPA 3.25)
- Good personality and appearance
- Strong interpersonal skill and adaptability
- Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
- Placed at Cikupa Plant, Tangerang
