Job Description :
- Monitoring and optimizing the production process to maximize efficiency and output
- Identify and resolve production-related issues to maintain high quality standards
- Collaborate with in and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of production data
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of new products and production methods
Job Requirements :
- Male with maximum age 29 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacture Engineering, or any related field with min GPA 3,00.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production engineering or process improvement role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, have strong leadership and prove with leadership experience
- Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Willing to work in shift in field jobs
