What you will experience:
- In our Commercial Function, you will identify opportunities to optimize sales, strengthen client relationships, and increase revenue in both general and modern trade markets. By analyzing trends and consumer behavior, you will address market challenges and use data-driven insights to create strategic plans that expand product distribution and deliver measurable results for our clients.
What are required from you:
- Fresh Graduate, with a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from any majors.
- Min. GPA 3.50 out of 4.00 scale
- Max. 2 years of working experience (max. 25 years old)
- Proficient in English and/or Mandarin (written & oral)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Ms Excel
- Strong interpersonal and management skills, with potential leadership, high integrity and keen passion
- Adaptable person that has profound organisational skills, proven with excellent experiences
- Willingness to be placed in any of the APP’s Mills location all around Indonesia
