Job Description :
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our building glass products and services
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key customers and partners
- Providing excellent customer service, expert technical advice and consultative selling to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
- Representing in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product development and improve our offering
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from civil engineering/ architecture/ Management/ Economy/ etc, with min. GPA 3.00)
- Proven track record minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing export, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
- Strong understanding of the building glass market, products and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
- Able to speak and write in English (Mandarin speaking skill is a plus)
