Job Description :

Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our building glass products and services
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key customers and partners
Providing excellent customer service, expert technical advice and consultative selling to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
Representing in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product development and improve our offering
Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree from civil engineering/ architecture/ Management/ Economy/ etc, with min. GPA 3.00)
Proven track record minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing export, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
Strong understanding of the building glass market, products and applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
Able to speak and write in English (Mandarin speaking skill is a plus)
