Responsibilities :
- As a Management Trainee for the Service Department Head position, you will participate in a comprehensive development program focused on the functions of the Service Department.
- Manage all aspects of the Service Department, including asset management, service quality and lead time, mechanic development, and customer relationships, ensuring compliance with company procedures to support smooth operations and achieve corporate goals.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical, Electrical, and other relevant engineering major
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Minimum GPA of 3,00 (on a 4.0 scale) from reputable university
- Strong Interest in Heavy Equipment Maintenance, Automation, and Service Activities
- Computer literacy is a must
- Possess strong leadership abilities and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates confidence and self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Willing to be placed in all Traktor Nusantara Branch
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
