Job Description :
- Participate in brainstorming and develop creative concepts for product marketing campaigns and tactical programs, in collaboration with internal teams and other divisions
- Support commercial programs by coordinating with other divisions or external partners when needed
- Monitor, supervise, and report on the progress of ongoing creative campaigns
- Create and distribute creative content, and assist in communicating each campaign effectively
- Follow up on tasks and ensure coordination with related divisions.
Requirements :
- Final year students, at least 6th semester, majoring in Communication Science, Marketing Communication, or other related fields
- Interest and basic knowledge in marketing communication, with strategic and creative thinking skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to deliver ideas effectively
- Proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team within a dynamic environment
- Ability to analyze data and insights from social media, surveys, and campaigns, and prepare data-driven reports and presentations
- Capable of conducting market research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis to support marketing decisions
- Willing to WFO at Citilink’s HO, Tangerang
