- Medical Field Force Program (MFFLP) is a comprehensive 12-month program that aims to grow high-potential youths with essential skills, knowledge, and competencies to excel as Medical Field Force Professionals that possesses adaptive skills and a growth mindset in order to become the future leaders at the world’s largest F&B company committed to delivering Good food, Good life for over 150 years.
- Our program emphasizes, compliance with industry regulations, and the delivery of exceptional customer engagement. You will receive mentorship from professionals and engage in practical simulations to enhance your effectiveness in building strong client partnerships with healthcare professionals.
Who and what are looking for?
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Science Educational Background
- 1 year experience in nutrition or healthcare field, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willing to be assigned all across Indonesia and committed to follow 1 (one) year program
- Hold a valid driving license/ SIM A
