Job Description :
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees on MT, Monozukuri, and Kaizen methodologies
- Facilitate the implementation of Monozukuri and Kaizen principles across the organisation to drive operational excellence
- Coach and mentor employees at all levels to develop their skills in problem-solving, process improvement, and waste elimination
- Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for further process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training and continuous improvement initiatives are aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources to support the ongoing learning and development of employees
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Psychology with min. GPA 3,00
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably have experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Extensive knowledge of People development, Training Need Analysis, Create Curriculum, and related stuff in Training and Kaizen
- Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as People / HR Development
- Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
