Job Description :
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, assigning online assessments, conducting interviews, managing recruitment administration, onboarding new hires, and monitoring employee performance during the 3-month probation period, as well as registering and updating employee data in the HR system
- Ensure all employees in the HR Department register their projects in the system
- Assist with HR administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee overtime data
- Prepare and submit weekly reports
- Support the execution of various HR events and activities coordinated by the department
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related studies
- Have an experience in Recruitment Position
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially powerpoint & excel)
- Active & agile to learn
- Able to manage data & presentation report
