Job Description :
- Plan and execute operational strategies for CY, Hauling, and Stockpile to meet management targets (PERE, Budget, etc)
- Supervise and monitor hauling operations to ensure delivery time, fuel efficiency, and coal quantity targets are avhieved
- Analyze daily reports and operational performance
- Oversee material movement in the stockpile area
- Responsible for maintaining KPI, attendance ratio, and improvement (QCP, QCC, SS, etc) for each team member
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering
- Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing mining operations, stockpile, and hauling activities
- Certified in POP/POM
- Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatera
