Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations
- Ted to be a translator while neededin each company activities
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling emails and other internal communications needs
- Preparing and updating operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to improve operational activities
- Supporting resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Interact with supplier and/or vendors to ensure products delivery and quality standards
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable university from All Major
- Fresh graduate with strong administration skills are welcome to apply Having passion in retail company (operation department and handle for the store need)
- Good personality, fast learning and also good in coordination with cross-functional departments
- High multitasking abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Fluent in Mandarin and also good communication skills
- Willing to business travel based on company needs
