Qualification :
- Degree in Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in concrete materials or related building materials industry
- Concrete production knowledge and direct experience with plant engineering, processes, control system, and staff management
- Ability to understand the operational, technical, commercial and financial aspects of the business and how they relate to each other
- Ability to apply understand the operational, technical, commercial and financial aspects of the business and how they relate to each other
- Ability to apply technical recommendations is a progmatic, hands-on way to the actual operating environment
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to engage people into a data-driven management culture
- Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent communication and project management skills, and the strong desire to work alongside and support our line management with all aspects of continuous Performance Improvement
- Strong communication skills to all levels from blue collar worker to CEO in an international environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Strong ability to a coach and motivate peers without direct lines of authority
- Strong English spoken and written skills; other languages relevant to the APAC region are a plus
