Job Description :
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain and update employee records, and assist in handling employee grievances and discipplinary matters in accordance with company policy
- Oversee daily office operations, Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, and Manage and organize company assets
- Organize company events, meetings, and business travel arrangements
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Freshgraduate open to apply
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with general affairs tasks and employee management
