Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of related experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in power plant commissioning with extensive practical experience in power systems and diesel generator maintenance.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D3) with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
- Senior Technical High School graduate with over 10 years of experience in diesel generator preventive maintenance and power systems.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, including component preparation and system maintenance.
- Solid understanding of power generation systems, governors, electrical power systems, electric motor equipment, and mechanical drawings.
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Proficient in English communication, both oral and written.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to interpret and work with engineering and shop drawings.
- Thorough knowledge of medium- and high-speed engine components and operations.
- Familiarity with SAP and Windows-based applications.
