Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Chemical) or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year working experience within FMCG/Food Industry
- Fresh Graduate with internships within FMCG or Food Industry are welcome to apply
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Fast and decisive problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective solutions
- Willingness to work within a rotating 3-shift system
- Fit to work and willing to be placed in the Karawang Barat area
