What you’ll be doing :
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to effectively promote our brand and products
- Managing Public Relations (Offline and Online Media, Radio, KOL, Influencers, etc.)
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, organising press conferences, and building relationships with key media contacts
- Monitor and analyse media coverage, identifying opportunities and risks to our brand reputation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
- Organise and participate in community engagement activities, such as sponsorships and charitable initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in public relations to inform our strategies
- Measure and report on the success of PR campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
What we’re looking for :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a public relations or corporate communications role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong media relations and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful public relations campaigns
- Proficient in using PR and social media monitoring tools to analyse and measure campaign performance
- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
