Job Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and compliance protocols across operational hubs
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate service failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Lead initiatives to reduce operational defects (e.g., misroutes, delays, damage) and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain updated documentation on quality policies, audit results, and compliance records
- Deliver training and awareness programs related to quality standards and compliance practices
- Liaise with government or regulatory agencies when needed to ensure lawful operations
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or process control—preferably within the logistics or express delivery sector
- Familiar with ISO standards, operational risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks in logistics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and training skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments
