Job Description :
- Standing by at reception table at 29th floor PTFI JKTA new office, PCP building
- WFO all day
- Managing incoming corporate calls
- Receiving corporate guests by coordinating with building reception ground floor
- Coordinating with users and building management regarding loading in/out
- Addressing inquiries and providing information to clients and customers.
- Managing and releasing corporate official letter number
- Creating monthly guest report
- Coordinating and collaborating with GA for corporate events
Job Requirements :
- Female
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic MS Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Maintaining an attractive professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Preferably with similar previous experiences but fresh graduates are welcome
- Preferably individual with open and outspoken personality and have aptitude in entertaining and public speaking
