Job Descriptions :
- Arrange & support all recruitment activities
- Screening job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinating the interview and selection process with users
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment cycle
- Providing administrative support for the recruitment team as needed
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma (D3) in Management, Informatics Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably within the FMCG industry (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficient in Ms Office and experience using applicant tracking systems
- Willing to work in Karawang, West Java
