Qualifications :
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in consumer/market research (experience in a market research agency is preferred).
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods with proven experience managing end-to-end research projects.
- Ability to transform research insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and innovation development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on the behaviors, motivations, and identities of Indonesian men in the context of grooming and wellness, as well as Personal Care.
- Manage the end-to-end research process (design, recruitment, fieldwork, up to insight synthesis).
- Support the integration of insights into innovation recommendations for Paragon’s male care category, especially for product innovation.
