About the Job :
- Do you enjoy interacting with people to find the solution to their outdoor activities needs? Are you passionate about conquering one peak after another? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Retail Assistant to join our team.
- As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the frontline of selling activities of our products. Based on the customer needs, you are responsible for performing our products and providing experiential customer service satisfaction to encourage customers to purchase at the store.
In this role, you will get to :
- Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product’s recommendation that match their needs.
- Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
- Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB)
- Have basic Microsoft Office skills
- Willing to work shifts and work on holidays preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia
