Summary :

  • The Risk Management Staff plays a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the organization’s operations, finances, and reputation. This position supports the implementation of risk management policies, conducts risk assessments, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Risk Identification & Assessment:

  • Assist in identifying operational, financial, and compliance risks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and analyze data to determine potential threats.
  • Monitor internal and external risk factors that may affect the organization.

b. Risk Mitigation & Control:

  • Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Recommend preventive measures and control strategies to minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with risk policies.

c. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to risk management activities.

d. Incident Reporting & Investigation:

  • Document and report risk incidents or breaches.
  • Assist in conducting investigations and recommending corrective actions.
  • Participate in crisis management and business continuity planning.

e. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare risk reports and summaries for management.
  • Maintain databases and records of risk-related data.
  • Assist in training sessions and awareness programs on risk management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, Legal, Industrial Engineering related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CRM) or related field
  • Knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Status : Contract Based
