- Management Trainee Program of Sampoerna Kayoe is designed to groom dynamic graduates with a passion for being part of our middle management and project leaders and for rapid growth within Sampoerna Kayoe.
- This role will be place in various function in Sampoerna Kayoe based on corporate’s needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor / Master Degree of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc) minimum GPA:
- Bachelor Degree GPA minimum 3.00
- Master Degree GPA minimum 3.25
- Having less than 2-year full-time working experience
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Good team player, agile, as well as proven leadership capability and organizational savvy
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Have good analytical thinking, fast learner and proactive
- Willing to be stationed all area across Indonesia & bound under working commitment to Company
