Responsibilities :
- Conduct sales of insurance products to Energy business clients in order to achieve new account and renewal sales targets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and provide services to assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction and long-term client loyalty.
- Monitor and assist in the premium collection process by coordinating with relevant functions to ensure payments are received in the correct amount and on time.
- Monitor the progress of claims related to assigned accounts and follow up with relevant parties in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of product research and the development of new insurance products in line with market needs and the company’s strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with the Underwriting function regarding risk acceptance and policy issuance processes, including the provision of underwriting information from the insured.
- Ensure the implementation of after-sales services, such as policy socialization, market reviews, and risk management programs, in accordance with commitments made to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships and client loyalty, as well as to develop potential business opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Preferably holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field of study.
- Has a minimum of four (4) years of work experience, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Preferably has at least two (2) years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Preferably holds a Certified General Insurance certification or an equivalent professional certification in the insurance field.
- Has attended Marketing Management training or other relevant sales-related training.
- Proficient in the use of computer applications to support sales activities and reporting.
- Possesses good English proficiency to support business communication and the understanding of business-related documents.
- Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with both clients and internal stakeholders.
